Phew. Talk about a dirty dark twisted yummy forbidden story. Eva Simmons knocked it out of the park with Lies Like Love! 

Don’t let the taboo content scare you off – it makes it that much more interesting. It brought a level of angst that I didn’t know I needed. It was raw and gritty. It was full of chemistry and intrigue. The world she invented with this cast of characters was amazing. 

The past and present Fel and Jude created such depth and history. I loved getting both versions and how much they’ve grown. The mystery on what happened between Jude and Fel’s parents kept the pages turning. Eva wrote this dark and twisty story beautifully. The connection between Fel and Jude was palpable. The dirty mouth that Jude had made me blush. 

The spice was off the charts. Jude was possessive, alpha, and sweet all at the same time. Once we got past the slow burn, which I loved, it was all Jude all the time.
